BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS
 
Small/Medium and Large Building
 
 
CAVITY WALLS - On the exterior the main framework is covered by a pressure treated shiplap cladding 18mm x 135 in dimension.
On the inside a planed pine tongue and groove cladding is used.
The interior cladding can be stained, varnished, painted or just left its natural colour.
The overall thickness of the wall is 3.5 inches.
All fixings (nails, screws and bolts) are stainless steel or galvanised to guarantee no corrosion.
 
INSULATION
This range of buildings comes with fully insulated cavity walls and ceilings as standard. The revolutionary silver sided insulation is equivalent to 200mm of regular fibre-glass insulation.
 
FLOOR
The floor is of 18mm exterior plywood. The plywood is fixed to joists (40 x 60mm) which are spaced at intervals of 40cm centres (16 inches) - ensuring no floor movement.
 
ROOF
On the outside the rafters are covered by 15mm exterior plywood. The silver sided insulation is placed between the rafters.
Monarflex™ roofing tiles are used to provide a slate effect.
The inner skin of the roof is clad with 10mm pine tongue and groove boards to match those on the walls.
Black plastic guttering and fixings are supplied as standard.
 
DOOR AND WINDOWS
The handcrafted door is a 23mm thick pine tongue and groove stable door incorporating a diamond shaped double glazed unit. The door includes an internal bolt on the lower door and the upper door is fully lockable for security. The door can be placed on the left or right hand side of the front panel. The factory made main window is a double glazed inward opening hardwood window. The window comes with all furniture.

ELECTRICAL FITTINGS
These buildings are fitted with a ring main and include 3 double sockets and a light switch. More sockets can be fitted on request. All wires are hidden in the wall cavity, so no wires are left visible.
 
BASE
It is the customers responsibility to prepare a level base of the appropriate size (exact dimensions will be supplied). Suitable bases would be of concrete, paving, sharp gravel or decking.
 
Please send us photos of the site for your proposed building and describe honestly how uneven the ground is.
 
If you are unable to prepare the base or would simply prefer us to prepare it for you, please contact us for a competitive installation price.

Specifications as for the Small/Medium and Large buildings except:
- The roof is of heavy guage box profile sheets - but roof types can be changed to suit the customers needs
- The building comes with two hardwood double glazed windows.
- There are 3 double sockets and 2 light switches supplied as standard.
 
Summerhouse
 
 
Please note that this summerhouse has an added shed on the right hand side which is not included. The summerhouse also had the interior walls painted green, which can be done at an extra price - please contact us for a quote.
The general specification is as for the Small/Medium and Large buildings except:
- the building includes a set of double glazed double patio doors and 3 hardwood double glazed windows. The positioning of the doors and windows can be changed to suit the needs of the customer.
- the building comes with three double sockets and two light switches as standard.
 
Chalet/Office Complex 12.0m x 5.0m
 
 
This building contains 5 rooms - one central main room, with two rooms either side. Please note that the inside of the building (i.e. the number of rooms, windows etc.) can be adapted to suit the customers' needs.
 
The dividing walls are also cavity with plasterboard either side and insulation. These walls can also be changed to suit the customer - pine tongue and groove cladding can be used in place of the plasterboard.
 
Heavy guage box profile sheets are used on the roof - but roof types can be changed to suit the customer.
 
The central room has a flat ceiling with a loft above, so it can be used for storage. The side rooms have apex ceilings.
 
The building includes: a hardwood half glazed single main door, one set of hardwood double glazed patio doors and six hardwood double glazed windows .
 
There are ten double sockets and five light switches supplied as standard.
 
PLEASE NOTE for all buildings - security bars are not fitted as standard on patio doors or on buildings which are fitted with  patio doors as standard.
