We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

· address
· phone number
· email address
· credit/debit card details (to process an order. The card details are not stored by us at any stage, only processed via PayPal Virtual Terminal)
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and we will never share this information with a 3rd party.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
All goods supplied are newly constructed for sale and as such are manufactured to match the specifications shown within the product literature or built to customers exact specifications. As all our buildings are bespoke, we cannot offer returns. However, if goods are faulty as a result of faulty materials or for any reason within the liability of Just Magic, The Company will arrange and guarantee repairs within a reasonable mutually agreed time frame.
If the goods are considered to have been damaged after delivery and while upon the customers property, a repair or refund of the goods shall not be accepted by Just Magic.
Cancellation policy
In line with The Distance Selling Regulations, and the Safebuy code of practice 'The Customer' shall have a period of 5 working days after the date of order within which time they may cancel their order for a product. Cancellations should be sent by email, quoting the installation address. Where an order is cancelled by the stated method prior to dispatch, no charges shall be sought, except PayPal charges and all monies received shall be refunded. Where refund monies are due, these monies shall be refunded at the earliest opportunity and certainly within 30 days of the cancellation date.
