Just Magic is a family business which was established in 2001. We started building offices and converting loft spaces in London. With time we have ventured all over the country and even into northern France. Delivery and installation in the south of England is included in the price. The smallest building we have made is 2.5m x 2.1m and the largest is 6m x 18m.
All our buildings are custom built. You can choose the positioning of the door and the windows. You can have windows on every side of the building if you wish.
You will not find our buildings in any other shops or outlets.We keep our costs down to keep your costs down.
A typical 2.5m x 3.5m building takes 2-3 days from the start of installation to you moving in. The only thing you have to do is get your electrician in to connect it to the main supply. You can even choose the number of power points you want and where to put them. 
From when you place your order to the start of installation date is usually 2-3 weeks but during the spring and summer, we recommend that you book well in advance. We work on a first come first served basis.
In all the builds we have done, planning permission was only required once as it was a build in a national park. It is always best to check with your local council.
Nearly all of our buidings are covered by house insurance at no extra cost but you need to phone and tell your insurance company.
On larger projects, given notice, we can work alongside other companies to suit your needs.
Remember to tell us what the access is like and how far from the parking area to the site.
Photos of the proposed site for your building are always useful. All we need from you during the installation is access to a power point and maybe a nice cuppa.
Turn your loft into an office
If you do not have the space in your garden for an extra building, we can insulate and line your loft for you to use it as an office or study. Our thermal airflex loft insulation keeps out the cold in the winter and the heat of the sun in the summer but also keeps the rest of your house warm.
You will be surprised how little it can cost to insulate and line your loft. Please send us photos of your loft area with dimensions and we can give you an estimate via email.
